AEC Partners assisted Lanvin with the decision to sell the perfume activity, managed the auction process and provided general advice on the transaction
The resulting upfront payment was €22m and the royalty fee
was in the range of 4-7%
This activity was sold to French listed company Inter Parfums

Jeanne Lanvin SA is best known for its position in the fashion industry and as the oldest French couture house
In addition, it also has a long tradition in the perfume industry, with the most well known fragrances being Arpège (created in 1927), Lanvin L’Homme, Oxygène, Eclat d’Arpège and Vetyver
